Tara Sharma has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with English Literature,
Economics and Political Science as her major subjects of study. She passed out from Calcutta
(Kolkata) University in the year 1994. She has varied work experience which was always in a
progressive manner in her career ladder and inborn leadership talents in her cap to lead her own
team of employees. Integrity Bhutan Tours is exclusively the brainchild of the Chief Executive
Officer who had been passionately eyeing on venturing into a Tourism business throughout her career
of around 20+ years of service experience. With her experience of working in some of the most
popular Corporations and Bi-lateral Projects, she has gained enormous expertise in leading the
service industry without leaving any stone unturned in satisfying her clients and customers. She has
ventured into this social business purely based on her interest and enthusiasm to deal with people
from various walks of life representing their diverse cultural and social background. She has
humongous experience in fields like; Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations, Liaison,
Commercial/ State Transport Fleet Management, State Bus Service Logistics Management and Human
